Does it keep the original order?

Yes — by default the first occurrence of each line is kept in its original position. Enable “Sort A→Z” if you'd rather have the output alphabetized.

Can it treat "Apple" and "apple" as the same line?

Yes. Turn on the case-insensitive option to match lines regardless of capitalization, and use the "ignore surrounding spaces" option to also match lines that differ only in leading or trailing whitespace.
